RRG Rental Car UAE – Terms & Conditions

Required Documents

• All renters must provide
• Physical valid driver’s license
• Physical passport with visa page
• Authorized credit card in the main driver’s name, available at pick-up

UAE Residents

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Driving without a valid UAE license while on residence or employment visa is a violation of the law.

Non-Residents

• Visitors are encouraged to have an International Driving Permit before arrival.
• Certain countries can drive in the UAE without an International Driving Permit (IDP), but passport and license must be from the same country.

Eligible countries:

• GCC: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar
• Europe: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey, Denmark, Portugal, Austria, France, UK, Norway, Romania, Luxembourg, Estonia, Latvia, Serbia, Hungary, Lithuania, Cyprus, Iceland, Malta, Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro
• North America: USA, Canada
• East Asia & Oceania: Japan, Australia, Singapore, China, South Korea, New Zealand, Hong Kong
• Africa: South Africa

General Terms

• Minimum Rental Period: 24 hours
• Age Restrictions: Minimum age for luxury vehicles: 22 years

Insurance Excess:

• Mini to Standard: AED 1,500
• Compact SUV to Luxury: AED 2,500–5,000

Security Deposit

Option 1 – Refundable Deposit:

• AED 1,500 – 5,000 depending on vehicle type
• Refunded within 14 working days after returning the car
• Note: If the rental is renewed, a new deposit will be required for the new rental period

Option 2 – Deposit Waiver:

• One-time non-refundable fee starting from AED 125 for the entire rental period
• Fee varies by vehicle type and rental duration
• Deposit waiver terms apply for each renewed rental period

Credit Card Requirement

• Must be in the main driver’s name and available at pick-up
• Accepted cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, DINERS
• Card must be valid for at least 3 months from rental date

Return Charges

Airport Delivery & Return:

• Dubai Airport (Terminals 1, 2, 3): AED 50
• Al Maktoum Airport: AED 125
• Sharjah Airport: AED 125
• Outside operating hours: extra charges apply
• Customers are responsible for airport parking fines

Non-Airport Returns:

• Company branches: free during working hours
• Other locations: may incur fees depending on location and time

One Way Fees:

• Pickup and drop-off in different emirates will incur applicable one-way fees

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)

• Reduces financial liability to zero for covered damages
• Additional charges apply based on vehicle type and rental duration
• Note: Does not cover off-road use, negligence, or lost/stolen vehicle items

Mileage Limits

• Daily rentals: 250 km
• Weekly rentals: 1,400 km
• Monthly rentals: 3,000–5,000 km
• Extra kilometers: AED 0.5–12 per km
• Daily/weekly rentals cannot be extended to monthly contracts

Fuel Policy

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided
• Otherwise, fuel cost + service charge applies

Salik (Toll) Fees

• Peak (6–10 AM & 4–8 PM): AED 7.35
• Off-peak (10 AM–4 PM & 8 PM–1 AM) & Sundays: AED 5.25
• Late night (1–6 AM): free
• Mall parking fees (Dubai Mall, City Center Deira, Mirdiff, Mall of Emirates) are paid by the company plus 10% admin fee

Late Returns

• 1-hour grace period only
• Beyond 1 hour, full-day charges apply

Additional Driver

• Daily: AED 21
• Weekly: AED 126
• Monthly: free
• Additional driver must meet all rental requirements

Off-Road Liability

• Insurance does not cover off-road use
• Customer liable for damages and charges arising from off-road use

Vehicle License Fee (VRF)

• Daily: AED 5.25
• Weekly: AED 31.50
• Monthly: AED 78.75

Traffic Violations

• Drivers must obey traffic laws
• Administrative fee per violation: AED 40

Breakdown Procedure

• Park safely and note exact location
• Contact nearest R R G branch or call 0521545907
• Replacement vehicle provided; service fee applies if spare tire replaced

Early Return / No Shows

• No refund for unused days on prepaid or pay-on-arrival rentals
• No refund for no-show without prior cancellation

Annual Rental Early Termination:

• Penalty: 1 month’s rental

Delivery / Collection in Different Emirate:

• From Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 210
• From Sharjah: AED 150 (vice versa)

Car Cleaning Fees

• Small Cars & Sedans: AED 52.5
• SUVs: AED 84
• Luxury: AED 105
• Full interior cleaning with seats: AED 200

No Smoking Policy

• Strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
• Violation fees:
• Economy cars: AED 500
• Luxury vehicles: AED 1,000
